a) Premium Membership
Some Services and features of the Website (“Premium Services”) are only available to our premium members (“Premium Members”). If you wish to avail Premium Services and become a Premium Member, you need to subscribe to any of the premium membership plans offered by us on our Website (“Premium Membership Plans”). We have different Premium Membership Plans for different periods (“Premium Membership Period”).
b) Subscription payments
By subscribing to any of the Premium Membership Plan(s), you agree to an initial and recurring fee (“Subscription Fee”) for the respective Premium Membership Period at the then-current subscription rate for the respective Premium Membership Plan, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Premium Membership Plan at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
c) Automatic Renewal
The Premium Membership, unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy mentioned herein, will renew automatically upon expiry of the relevant Premium Membership Period for the Premium Membership Plan so subscribed.
d) Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription to any of the Premium Membership Plan at any time by logging into your Account and following cancellation process laid out in your Account’s settings or by contacting us through the details mentioned hereinbelow. Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current Premium Membership Period, and you will not receive a refund.
Unless there is a pricing error, we do not refund the Subscription Fees or any other charges paid by you. If you think we have made any error or you have been incorrectly charged, you can contact us through the means and details mentioned hereinbelow, we will look into the said matter and determine in our sole and absolute opinion if you are eligible for any refund(s). If you are eligible for a refund as per the terms of this Clause 8 (Refund Policy), then the amount of refund will be remitted to the card or other payment method you used to submit payment, unless it has expired in which case we will contact you.
The payment of the Subscription Fees or any other charges on the Website shall be either facilitated by
(a) payment platforms such as Razorpay, Paypal, Stripe etc. or
(b) any other such mechanism provided by the Company on the Website.

You further agree that we shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of your Account, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.
g. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable to you, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party. In sum, in no event shall Our total liability to You for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the you to us, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

In no event will we, our directors, officers, employees or agents be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:
(i) Any special, incidental or consequential damages.
(ii) The cost of procurement of substitute products or services.
(iii) For interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. or
(iv) For any amounts that exceed the amounts paid by you to us under this agreement in respect of the order under dispute or the amount paid to us in respect of the usage for past 6 months whichever is lower. We shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
g. Severability
